Oregon Sustainability Angels (OSA) is a membership organization of successful entrepreneurs, retired executives, and other business leaders in Oregon and SW Washington, who provide investment capital, strategic advice and mentoring to early-stage companies to help them successfully achieve market leadership in business opportunities involving “sustainable” products/services, with a particular focus on clean energy. OSA members must be certified as “accredited investors.”
OSA prefers to look at opportunities with strong growth and profit potential, with a clear exit strategy for participating investors. Early stage deals with potential for long-term capital appreciation (3-7 years) are preferred. Ideally, companies should be located in Oregon or SW Washington and be seeking capital in the range of $250,000 to $2,000,000.
