NMDOT has developed the Overall proposed DBE Goal Methodology for FHWA Federal Funded contracts and is seeking public input.
NMDOT is proposing a DBE Goal of 15.83%, this increases the State’s current goal of 12.30%. NM has averaged 22.56% DBE Participation solely through Race/Gender Neutral measures (0% Project specific goals).
